Kalamazoo has high levels of service standards in place and we need additional, experienced staff who are able to help our valued customers.
We therefore currently have a position available for a Customer Service Executive. The position is full time and will be based in Malaga, Perth.
Reporting to the Sales Manager, the role is responsible for sales order processing and invoicing, service contract creation, co-ordinating customer deliveries and assisting with administrative support to the Branch.
According, candidates must be highly organised and have a keen eye for detail. A strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word, excellent customer service and a pleasant telephone manner are essential attributes for the role. Full training will be provided so applicants must enjoy the challenge of learning our internal systems and processes. A Printing based background and a knowledge of Prologic will be looked upon favourably.
