Where did the name Kalamazoo come from?

In 1904, Oliver Morland, head of the English printing house of Morland & Impey Ltd; heard of a loose-leaf binder - constructed on a flexible thong principle - which had just been invented in Kalamazoo, Michigan, USA. He acquired world rights, excluding North and South America.

We always keep samples in our portfolio and would be happy to send you some samples if required.

How do I place an order? 

Simply click on the button next to the product you wish to order in the 'Products & Prices' section. If you are ordering printing that is not on the list, please just click 'Place an Order' above.

How do I send my artwork? 

You can send us artwork via number of methods, click here to find out how.

What is a 'Proof'? 

A proof is a sample of what your printing will look like. Based on this you give us the go-ahead on a job. A proof is usually e-mailed to you or sent as a hard copy.

How do I approve a 'Proof'? 

Before we can proceed with printing we need a written proof of some sort. To approve a proof you can either send a written confirmation via email, fax or a letter.

Can I use files that I've copied from web pages for my artwork for print?

Web graphics tend to be created at low resolution so are largely unsuitable for print work. By all means use them as positional guides, but you may need to recreate the image to achieve a high quality result when printed.

What payment methods do you accept?

• Credit Cards - Visa or MasterCard
• Personal/Business Cheque (Please allow up to 7 days to clear)
• Money Transfer/EFTPOS
• Cash (Only if paying in person, do not send through mail)

How & when do I pay? 

Before you order you need to create an account with Kalamazoo and we shall then invoice you once your job has been delivered, unless ordering online, then follow the payment detail prompts.

How much do you charge for delivery?

At Kalamazoo we charge a standard delivery fee of $18.70 for all deliveries via air or road for jobs weighing less than 5kg. Larger jobs may be subject to extra charges.

How do I receive my printing? 

All our jobs when dispatched are suitably wrapped for protection and boxed to ensure your products are not damaged. Orders will be delivered to your door by courier where a signature will be required.

I don't live in Australia can you ship overseas? 

Yes, we are happy to ship anywhere in the world. Please call for a shipping quote.

Will you deliver to multiple destinations?

We will deliver your job to wherever you need it and however you need it, but extra charges may apply for multiple deliveries.
